Community Hosting Fees
Venues pay a $300 flat hosting fee per workshop. At 2 workshops per month, that's $7,200/year in soft revenue to keep the lights on.
Individual Donations
Online giving, donation drives, and community fundraising events. Year 1 target: $5,000–$10,000.
Corporate Sponsorships
Tech companies, local businesses, and Auxilio X's corporate connections. Tiers from $1,000 to $25,000+.
Government Grants
City of Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama Department of Senior Services, and NTIA digital-equity grants.
Foundation Grants
Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, Daniel Foundation of Alabama, and national digital-equity funders.
